Wyoming ~$102, New Mexico ~$50, Delaware ~$110. These are pass-through costs paid to the state — not our fee. They're shown as a separate line item at checkout.
Do I need an EIN, and what does it cost?
Yes if you'll have a business bank account, hire anyone, or take payments under the LLC. We file the EIN with the IRS for you for $79 using your SSN or ITIN — used once for the IRS submission, then purged. If you'd rather not provide an SSN, our EIN Without SSN option uses a third-party agent for $199.
What is EIN Without SSN?
